Cancelation Policy
• Cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the confirmed service time a 100% refund
• Cancellation is made between 24 and 12 hours before the confirmed service time a 75% refund
• Cancellation is made between 12 and 08 hours before the confirmed service time a 50% refund
• No Shows or Service declined last minute for whatever reason will be charged at 100%

• Unfortunately, Brazil does not offer a Fast Track service. However, we make every effort to expedite passengers by utilizing priority or crew lines whenever possible.
• It is important to note that passengers are still required to undergo standard security, immigration, and customs procedures.
